As early as January 9th, Jason Talley will face a jury trial in Cheshire County Superior Court. The charge? Having a camera in the court lobby. For this “crime” Jason was dragged by handcuffs across the court lobby and locked alone in a cage for for three days. He faces up to 6 more months in a cage for the possession of a camera in a building where the State controls dozens of their own cameras.Any assistance for Jason’s legal defense fund would be most appreciated.
